Ownership of Goods

The goods shall remain the property of LuxmeLounge until paid for in full.

Order Confirmation: Upon placing your order, we will pre-authorize your card; however, your card will not be charged at this stage. We will then verify with our supplier to ensure the product is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed, we will process the payment and dispatch your order. In the event of any delays, such as a backordered item, we will void the pre-authorization and promptly inform you.

1. Shipping Locations:
We currently offer shipping to UK Mainland addresses. If you are located outside of these areas and wish to place an order, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

2. Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during holidays or promotional events.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
We provide various shipping options to suit your needs, with estimated delivery times as follows:

  • Small items: Dispatched in 2-3 working days via Courier service.
  • Palatable items: Dispatched in 2-3 working days via Courier service.
  • Large items that require two man delivery & Items requiring cushion production: 2-3 weeks lead time.
  • Bespoke items: Up to 16 weeks for production and shipping.
  • White glove delivery and onsite installation services are available upon request on selected items.

4. Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout, based on the selected shipping method and the total weight of your order. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly highlighted on our website.

5. Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor your package until it reaches you.

6. Shipping Issues:
If you encounter any issues with your shipment, such as delays or damage, please contact us at info@luxmelounge.co.uk or call us at 0330 122 2427. We kindly request that you inspect all items upon delivery. If any items are damaged, we advise you not to accept the delivery. In such cases, please send clear photographs of the damaged items to the provided email address so we can initiate an insurance claim on your behalf. We are committed to resolving any concerns promptly and efficiently.

7. International Shipping:
For customers outside our standard shipping areas, please reach out to us for available shipping options and any applicable customs fees or duties.
