Pricing

 All prices are based on the standard finish/colour as shown in the LuxmeLounge website. Special finishes, dimensions, or customizations may incur additional charges, which will be agreed upon prior to production.

Special/Bespoke Orders
 Special or bespoke orders require a 50% deposit before production. These orders may have a lead time of up to 16 weeks. Please note, bespoke order deliveries cannot be guaranteed on a specific date due to factors beyond our control.

Price Promise Guarantee

We’re committed to offering you the best value online. That’s why we offer a Price Promise Guarantee on all our products.

If you find the same item at a lower price on another online store, we’ll match it! To qualify, the product must be:

  • Identical (same brand, model, and specifications)
  • In stock and available for immediate delivery
  • Sold by a reputable online retailer (excluding auction sites and high street shops)

Please note: Our Price Promise applies to online retailers only and excludes prices from physical high street stores or marketplaces where prices are influenced by local factors.

To request a price match, simply contact our customer service team with a link to the product you found cheaper.

Cancellations, Returns & Fees

You have up to 14 days from delivery to change your mind and returns any goods from LuxmeLounge unopened in original package. Any orders cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Refunds can only be issued to the same payment method used to place the order.

Returns for incorrectly ordered or unwanted items will incur a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price, in addition to any transport costs associated with the return, as incurred by LuxmeLounge. We kindly ask that all items be carefully reviewed before placing your order to avoid any unnecessary charges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

All damages must be reported within 2 days of the signed delivery date. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@luxmelounge.co.uk if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item:

  • Upload up to 4 images of the damage / defect. Product pictures are paramount as our  logistics partner or manufacturing site  would not accept a counter claim without this proof. Failure to do so will result in rejection of your claim.
  • Upload up to 4 images of the inner and outer packaging showcasing the label side of the box. This is paramount as our  logistics partner or manufacturing site  would not accept a counter claim without this proof. Failure to do so will result in rejection of your claim.

Upon receipt of the necessary information, we will assess the matter and take the appropriate steps to resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

 Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

 The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

 Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 5 -7 business days. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@luxmelounge.co.uk.

Changes to Terms

LuxmeLounge reserves the right to withdraw products, alter specifications, change prices, or amend any terms or conditions of sale without prior notice.
